Blue Fish Gallery was founded in 2007 by international selling artist Fabrizio Van Marciano. Fabrizio has been painting for over five years and has sold in excess of over 1,500 original canvas paintings worldwide. Fabrizio's success as a full time artist has inspired him to pursue in his new venture with Blue Fish, which is to help promote up and coming artists in the UK. By providing artists and buyers a new platform in which to sell and buy art, Fabrizio hopes to continue to thrive in his own work too, which can be viewed through his profile. Artists at Blue Fish are offering completed works at BUY IT NOW prices on a commission free basis, which simply means that Blue Fish will NOT take a percentage for each piece that our artists sell. As mentioned before we believe that it is a hard enough industry for artists to break through even, when selling their work, Blue Fish realises this and chooses not to take any commission on artwork sold.

Buying art from us couldn't be easier. You will deal direct with the artist from initial enquiry to close of sale. Payment for your artwork can be made by using your credit or debit card via PayPal for secure online payments or by other forms of payment e.g personal cheque. RETURNS & REFUNDS

We hope that you will be more than satisfied with your purchase of artwork from our artists. All artists at Blue Fish sell their art 100% commission free. So under no circumstances does Blue Fish become involved in the sales of art. We strongly advise that you read the artists individual purchasing, payment, shipping and returns & refunds policies before committing to buy. Remember that communication is the key to resolving simple problems. On rare occassions if you are still having problems after purchasing or receiving your artwork, please do not hesitate to contact us via email with the artists profile number in the subject box. We will endevour in contacting the artist ourselves to try and resolve issues.

We encourage artists to enforce a minimum of a seven-day return policy in accordance to the DSR (Distance Selling Regulations).

Some of our artists may offer a commissioned and custom artwork service, which may have different policies applied.

Blue Fish can be contacted 24 hours a day, seven days a week should you feel the need to. We cannot answer such questions regarding shipping times, delays, returns and refunds as mentioned this should be dealt with directly with the artist. We can however investigate into aspects of communication with the artist and assist in resolving some issues. to contact us simply use the Contact Us page.

Selling art with Blue Fish is easy and is completely FREE of anual fees forever and free images updates for the first 6 months. To get started simply fill out the Artists Submission Form and then email us with a maximum of five pieces of artwork that you have available for sale, images must not exceed 600 x 600 megapixels. One of our administrators will then set up your own unique artists page within 24 hours of receipt of your submission. Again submissions is FREE with 0% commission on sales and only 50p per image update after 6 months with us. That is all there is and no hidden catches...

We offer artists 0% commission on sales, thats right we take nothing for individual sales of artwork which means you keep what ever you make. We're also working on some new and exciting features such as an artists forum and public online gallery and with a very small anual fee there is every reason to sell your work with us.

HOW CAN WE HELP GET YOUR ART OUT THERE?

Promoting your work with us is an important aspect and one which Blue Fish prouds itself upon. With a link database of valuable online resources from a network of quality material suppliers to online art reviews, magazines, forums and mainstream exposure availble to all artists using Blue Fish. If you have your own website you can link your profile up, to encourage more traffic and exposure to your site for buyers and collectors alike.

WHATS THE CATCH AGAIN?

Unfortunately for us there is no catch. Once again its a completely FREE service for all British artists. All we ask in return for selling and promoting your work with us is that you comply with our terms and conditions, and place a link to your website from your profile page.
